Danielle Mercer's internationally recognized 20-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher's Training is now available online!
Danielle has been traveling around the the world sharing her passion for Yin energy at different studios with this training curriculum. She is very focused on making this program accessible to everyone and has decided to create a condensed, 10-hour Online Training.
In this course, we will explore some history and basic knowledge on Yin energy properties, and what is taking place in the Physical, Energy, and Mind Bodies during our practice. The training also includes 2 of Danielle Mercer's audio guided Yin & Mindful Meditation classes.
After you have viewed all 4 of the video-guided sections of the Yin training and participated in the guided Yin classes, you can move onto section 5, Yin Asana. During this section I encourage you to follow along with your 18-page document titled, “Yin Asanas”. I will be guiding you through on video to visually demonstrate variations and modifications with the usage of props.
You can expect mindfulness and meditation practice and assignments, guided classes, quizzes to complete, and a "practical teaching" assessment where you will design a class sequence for my review.
After I have received your quizzes, assignments, and practical, I will review and you will be notified with a pass/fail status. Once you pass, you will receive your certification and can apply through Yoga Alliance for your Continuing Education Credits and then you are ready to teach your first Yin class!
This class is open to all-levels and backgrounds.

Your Instructor
Danielle Mercer is an International Yoga Teacher Trainer that travels around the world sharing her passion for cultivating mindfulness through Yin Yoga & meditation. She highly emphasizes and embraces the importance of being able to express our innate individuality and teaches her students tools on the mat that they can use to deal with life.
She loves challenging her students with self-inquiry and the art of stillness. She has chosen to dedicate her life to inspiring others to venture outside of their comfort zones and find their inner peace. Danielle is a RYT-500 (E-RYT 200 and RYT-300) in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, and Yin. These are certifications that she acquired in the U.S., India, Canada, and Australia. She is also certified as a Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance (YACEP). She has taught and practiced different styles of yoga all over the world. She introduced a Power Flowing Vinyasa studio to Western Australia, and it was there that she ironically developed a love for Yin yoga.
She completed her Yin training under Yin Yoga Master, Bernie Clark. She now takes her own Yin & Mindfulness teaching curriculums to different studios internationally, teaching the benefits of incorporating Yin into any lifestyle. Her training has been said to help many people develop a love for stillness and overall self-acceptance.
She has now made this internationally recognized training program available online. It is finally accessible to everyone, everywhere!
